1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LIFTXPT services, you agree to these terms and conditions. LIFTXPT is an on-demand delivery platform connecting contractors with local electrical, HVAC, and plumbing supply distributors.

2. Service Description

LIFTXPT provides a platform to facilitate the delivery of trade supplies from local suppliers to job sites. We do not own inventory; we act as a logistics intermediary.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. Licensed contractors may require additional verification to access restricted products.

4. Pricing and Payments

Delivery fees are displayed transparently before order confirmation. Base fee is $65 for deliveries up to 25 miles, with an additional $2 per mile beyond that. A $15 cancellation fee applies if cancelled after driver accepts.

5. Limitation of Liability

LIFTXPT is not liable for the quality, availability, or accuracy of supplier inventory. We facilitate delivery but do not guarantee product availability.
