Driver Agreement

1. Independent Contractor Relationship

LIFTXPT drivers are independent contractors, not employees. You maintain control over your schedule, routes, and delivery methods.

2. Requirements

Drivers must maintain a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a vehicle in good condition suitable for transporting trade materials.

3. Compensation

Compensation is based on each completed delivery. Rates are transparent and communicated before accepting each delivery.

4. Important Note

During Year 1, LIFTXPT uses the DoorDash Drive network. The native LIFTXPT driver program launches in 2027.
